I came across reflexology when I was 18. Practicing on friends and family became a fun hobby. After seeing some incredible results, I decided to train to become a professional reflexologist and qualified in 2010. While on holiday in Bali I was able to work with a well- respected Balinese Healer, I was taught a range of different techniques and also received several treatments to see the difference between what he called “Eastern and Western Reflexology”. I have also recently completed training in Facial Reflexology Sorensensistem TM with Nikke Ariff at Mind Body Positive Ltd in London.
Vitality Show March 2011 I worked on the Facial Reflexology stand in the Oasis Suite at The Vitality Show in Earls Court, London. The aim was to promote the therapy and allow people to try a taster session. I worked alongside Nikke (pictured) she introduced Facial Reflexology to the UK in 2003 and continues to teach the subject to many therapists.
Developing individual treatment plans based on a holistic approach is central to my work. Through treating the person as a whole, rather than addressing only their symptoms, I aim to give clients the confidence to take control of their health and wellbeing.
I am continuing to expand my studies and will introduce Japanese Cosmo Facial Lifting in the near future.
